Le développement des véhicules en réseau intelligents de la Chine est fort au niveau parallèle mondial

Data show that the L2 penetration rate of passenger cars exceeded 50% in January-May 2024, and the penetration of networked technology has been accelerated, with the construction of 17 national test and demonstration zones, 7 Telematics Pilot Zones, and 16 “dual-wisdom” pilot cities across the country, the opening of more than 32,000 km of test and demonstration roads, and the issuance of more than 7,700 test and demonstration licenses. More than 7,700 test demonstration licenses have been issued, test mileage has exceeded 120 million kilometers, intelligent roadside unit RSUs have been deployed in more than 8,700 sets around the world, and cloud control infrastructure platform construction has been carried out in many places.

“Intelligent networked vehicles is the key carrier of artificial intelligence, information and communication, cloud computing, big data and other technologies applied in the automotive field, but also an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the global automotive industry. At present, China’s intelligent networked car development momentum is strong, overall in the global parallel level, in industrial applications, key technologies, test demonstrations and other aspects of progress is remarkable, has realized assisted driving large-scale application, high-level automatic driving, vehicle road cloud integration is in a small range of testing and verification into the scale of application of the development of a critical period.” In the June 18th meeting of the 11th International Intelligent Connected Vehicle Technology Annual Conference, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Equipment Industry Division I inspector Miao Changxing said, in the face of the global automotive industry transformation and upgrading of the historic opportunity, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen the top-level planning and work in collaboration, adhere to the vehicle road cloud integration development strategy, take more forceful measures, to support the key core technology research and strengthen the policies and regulations The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen top-level planning and coordination, adhere to the integrated development strategy of vehicle, road and cloud, take more powerful measures to support the key core technology research, strengthen policies, regulations and standards supply, deepen the promotion of pilot demonstration, and continue to expand the high level of openness and cooperation, and promote high-quality industrial development. In addition, he said that we are now in a once-in-a-century era of change, we need to uphold the concept of openness, cooperation and win-win situation, and welcome more countries, enterprises and organizations to participate in the development of China’s intelligent networked vehicles to a greater extent.

Weng Mengyong, chairman of the China Highway Society, said that to promote the scale application of vehicle-road-cloud integration, and to promote the deep integration of transportation and automobile, information and communication with diversified innovation is an important strategic direction for China to develop the new productivity of the transportation industry and an effective way to enhance the people’s sense of access, happiness and safety in travel. In the future, to realize the integration of intelligent networked vehicles, vehicles, roads and clouds on a national scale and commercial landing, it requires the deep collaboration and joint efforts of multiple industries. At the same time, he puts forward the following three suggestions for industrial development: first, strengthen demand orientation and goal traction, seize the opportunity to identify typical application scenarios, reasonably formulate long-term and phased objectives, vigorously promote the coordination of autonomous driving technology and intelligent transportation technology, focus on pain points, effectively improve infrastructure operational efficiency, and help travel more safely and efficiently; second, actively explore the scale of application of the commercial closed-loop, and strive to achieve the “intelligent road and cloud integration” that meets the interests of all parties. Secondly, we will actively explore the commercial closed loop of large-scale application, and strive to pursue the “greatest common denominator” that meets the interests of all parties, find reasonable and win-win paths, explore the formation of appropriate and clear business models, and move towards sustainable development; thirdly, we will promote system synergy, make comprehensive planning, build an integrated development system of vehicles, smart highway infrastructure and other supporting elements, open up the underlying architecture, build a comprehensive and interconnected system to support the application ecosystems. Interconnection, support the application of ecological digital base, to achieve integration and innovative development.

Li Jun, honorary chairman of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineering, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor at Tsinghua University, pointed out that the development of integrated arithmetic, large models and data plays a key role in accelerating the landing of the whole vehicle artificial intelligence automatic driving technology, and suggested that it is recommended to strengthen the construction of data closed-loop capabilities and accelerate the application of end-to-end automatic driving technology. He also pointed out that the integration and development of single-vehicle intelligence and vehicle-road-cloud integration technology routes is crucial, and vehicle-road-cloud integration can provide the advantages of ultra-vision perception and collaborative decision-making in complex scenarios, make up for the limitations of single-vehicle, and expand the operation design domain (ODD) of automatic driving. He suggested that the demonstration role of “vehicle-road-cloud integration” application pilot of five ministries should be played to accelerate large-scale and multi-scenario demonstration applications, and to formulate a convergence standard system that is in line with international standards. At the same time, academician Li Jun emphasized that safety is the fundamental guarantee for the commercialization and industrialization of intelligent networked vehicles, and suggested that the government supervision, industry platforms and technology research should be promoted in an integrated manner in three aspects: the government supervision level should formulate the standards and regulatory specifications for the safety certification of high-level self-driving cars; industry platforms should formulate unified standards and focus on cross-field cooperation; and in terms of technological research, it is expected to promote the functional safety and information security, operation safety integration and integrated development, and realize the safety of the whole life cycle of intelligent networked vehicles.

“Intelligent networked vehicles are becoming the forerunner of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, is the strategic direction of the transformation and development of the global automotive industry, the vehicle, road and cloud integration development path is the inevitable trend of technological evolution, and has also become the development consensus of the global government, industry, countries to accelerate the promotion of technological research and infrastructure construction, the global path of the integration of intelligent network integration and development is becoming more and more clear.” Li Keqiang, vice president of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineering/fellow, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, professor at Tsinghua University and chief scientist of the National Innovation Center for Intelligent Connected Vehicles, said that the integration of vehicle, road and cloud is an all-around upgrade of single-vehicle intelligence and vehicle-cloud synergy. For the vehicle road cloud integration application pilot work, he put forward five development proposals, first, application-driven, commercially viable; second, architectural guidelines, collaborative design; third, layered decoupling, cross-domain sharing; fourth, give play to the advantages of the breakthrough bottlenecks; and fifth, technically rigorous, standards first. Finally, the eight specific scenarios of vehicle and road cloud integration, such as public transportation system, sanitation system and logistics system, were taken as examples to depict the key application scenarios of vehicle and road cloud integration system that can be commercialized for the industry.

During the meeting, the inauguration ceremony of the “Intelligent Networked Machine Communication” Joint Laboratory of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications-National Innovation Center for Intelligent Networked Vehicles and CommuniLink Technology Co. Zhang Ping, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), delivered a message, stating that the laboratory will provide strong technical support for the research of related technologies in the field of intelligent machine communication for vehicle-circuit-cloud integration and the development of the intelligent networked automobile industry.
